LinkedIn has a new
easy-schmeezy endorsement system. I learned about it when I started getting
e-mails in my e-mail boxes that people had endorsed me. I found the system had a problem,
though. When I clicked through on the notification, I found a wonderful feature
that made it easy to endorse my LinkedIn contacts, but no easy way to thank
those who had endorsed me.
Mea culpa!
One of those LinkedIn friends who thanked me for an endorsement told me that I needed to scroll to
the very bottom of the page. Duhhhh. There I found a list with avatars of all
those who had endorsed me and they were listed by the categories they had
endorsed. All I needed to do was click on them to send a thank you message. It's
an easy-access click to those who have done you a favor. And something so basic
as a scroll could have saved me some anguish. If you want to explore this new
feature, it's easy to just start endorsing. Find me at http://www.linkedin.com/in/carolynhowardjohnson
