I am sharing My husband’s do-it-yourself (and frugal) virus killer. He loves this because viruses harbor themselves in nostrils and sinuses. And because he can make it once and use it until it boils away. That’s several days unless you don’t heat to steam, breathe, and turn the burner off immediately!
1. Put ½ inch water in a sauce pan.
2. Add 5 drops each of these oils:
· Cinnamon Leaf
· Red Thyme
· Clove Bud
Heat to steam. Carefully take breaths of steam. Do so by pinching one nostril off and breathing six times as comfortable, then switch nostrils. Remove from burner to use again. Repeat three times a day.
Another benefit. Your kitchen will smell like cinnamon cookies. 😊

Thanks for the tip, Carolyn! It's really bad in my area, to the point that everyone here knows someone and even families who have it. Scary stuff.
